As a native New Yorker, born and raised in the suburbs of Queens, one of the 5 boroughs of New York City, I pride myself on a Can Do, No Procrastination, Result Oriented kind of mindset. Some may say, an Empire State of Mind, which I love. I am also a foreign national to the beautiful country of Barbados, the island in which my husband was born.
My 28 years of continued success as an Entrepreneur in the construction industry specializing in commercial floor covering sales, installation, and operations coupled with Property Management and Real Estate Acquisition, positions me for continual success in the meeting of the minds with Buyers and Sellers alike. I am proud to say I have achieved the International President’s Circle Award level for 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. I rank in the top 3% of all Coldwell Banker agents GLOBALLY! I have also been nominated as President of Seaside Gardens Retreat, a Condominium Association in the prestigious location of Longboat Key, FL which I continue to serve as residing President.
If not out working with buyers and listing properties, or busy with family functions, I am out traveling the world as this is my favorite thing to do. I have traveled to over 15 countries and counting.
I am proud to Call both Tampa and Sarasota my home since 2007. My husband and I, along with 3 of our wonderful children, truly love the Tampa/Sarasota Bay area and all that it has to offer. Florida is a fantastic place to live and call home.
